Tickets can be purchased online, the regular and LOW COST prices.

  • Where can I get the tickets that I booked or bought?

  • Is there any shuttle bus from ferry terminal to port?

The free shuttle bus has the route from ferry terminal to ferry port and on ferry terminal you can reach by bus number 12, all details of the timetable find on http://www.conerobus.it/resources/orari/urbano_ancona/Feriale/Invernale/Linea%2012%20.htm.

  • What are LOW COST tickets and where I can buy it?

Blue Line International is the first company in the Mediterranean, which sells LOW COST tickets or tickets at a lower price than the standard. LOW COST tickets can only be purchased online on our website www.blueline-ferries.com and paid by credit card. You can pick up tickets in the travel agency Split Tours (Split) or in the Agenzia Mauro (Ancona). LOW COST tickets that are already purchased cannot be changed or refunded.

  • What documents are needed during the passenger check-in and when to do it?

Passengers must have a valid passport or identity card (valid only for passengers Croatian and Italian nationality) and must arrive at the port to check- in at least 2 hours before boarding the ship.

  • Are there any discounts for children?

Children in age from 0 to 4 years have gratis ticket if they do not get a specific accommodation. Children from 4 up to 10 years have a discount of 50%.

  • Until when I can use the ticket with „open date“?

Open date ticket can be used within a year.

  • What I have to do if I lose the ticket?

If you lose the ticket, you should immediately inform the nearest travel agency Split Tours d.d., Gat sv. Duje bb, Tel.+385 21 352 533 + 385 21 352 553, Fax.+385 21 352 482 or Agenzia Mauro, Stazione Marittima box 6, tel.+39 071 20 40 41,+39 071 20 40 90, Fax.+39 071 20 26 18 or agency where you booked the ticket. Then, agency will decide if he can have a new ticket or will have to buy a new one.

  • I would like to change the date of voyage in booking made in on-line system?

For LOW COST tickets that is not permitted in accordance with the rules, but for tickets purchased at the standard rate, you can send a request to: customer.support@blueline-ferries.com

  • How many people are considered group and can use that tariff?

Minimum of 20 passengers make the group, and every 21st passenger has gratis ticket.

  • If I choose to buy a cabin, do I have to share it with another passangers?

If you buy a ticket with accomodation in the cabin with exclusive use, you will be alone in the cabin. If you buy a ticket with a bed in the cabin, there is a possibility that the other passengers of the same sex will be in the same cabin.

  • Is it possible to travel by ferry with pets?

Is allowed free travel for your pet. Pets are not allowed to stay in public facilities and cabins. Compartment provided for pets is on the deck no. 6 (m/f Regina della Pace). The owners need to have certificate of obligatory vaccination. Dogs must have a muzzle on (not obliged for the guide dogs) and be guided on a leash. Pet care is the passengers’ responsibility. If keeping pets out of provided compartment, owner shall be a subject to a fine.

  • Is it allowed to ship cars with gas instalations?

It is allowed to enter cars with gas installations.

  • What if ferry is delayed at the port?

In case of delay Blue Line reserves the right to change the timetable and you can’t ask for a refund.

During the trip
  • Is it possible to stay on the car deck during the trip by ferry?

It is not allowed to stay on the car deck during the journey.

  • How long is the journey?

Travelling by ferry company Blue Line International takes 10 hours, or 12 ours when stopping on island Hvar.

  • Is there the place on the board to leave the luggage?

Yes it is, on the 5th deck of m/v Regina della Pace. The crew is not responsible for loss of luggage, documents, wallets if they are not locked in the ship’s safe.

  • Is there a doctor on board?

There’s no doctor on board, but the officer is responsible for emergency cases.

  • Is there any restaurant or bar on board the ferry ?

There are restaurant a la carte, self service restaurant, bar and sun deck bar. Come and see our services!

  • Is it allowed to bring own food and drink in the bars and restaurants?

It’s not allowed to bring your own food and drink in bars and restaurants.

  • Where can I spend the journey if I do not have a cabin place?

You can accommodate on board in comfortable air seats.

  • Is it possible to connect to the internet during the trip by ferry?

Internet Corner is on the 5th deck m/v Regina della Pace.

  • How can I pay on the ferry?

On board is payable only in cash with euro, croatian kuna and USD.

  • Is it possible to recharge the board ticket?

You can pay the surcharge on regular ticket prices, but not at low cost prices.

  • If I buy LOW COST ticket, can I choose a cabin with esclusive use?

When buying LOW COST ticket is not possible to get an exclusive accommodation, but only bed in the cabin.

  • Is it necessary to check in LOW COST tickets and tickets with OPEN DATE?

It is necessary to check-in LOW COST and OPEN DATE tickets in travel agency. In the case of occupancy of shipping capacity, the agency reserves the right to change the accommodation of passengers with OPEN DATE map (if it’s checked-in too late).

After the trip
  • Is it possible to get a refund of the money (if I want to cancel my trip; if I’m not satisfied with service on the board)?

The boat can not get a refund.

  • Lost property?

  • How I can pay online tickets?

The final step when purchasing online tickets is paying with a credit card. Currently we accept Visa and MasterCard cards.

  • What if system doesn’t accept my credit card?

Sometimes the system doesn’t accept the credit card, even if the card is correct. In this case you should try to pay again or try to pay with another card.
