Embarcation for trucks
The procedure of embarkation and the issuing of the bill of lading take place several hours prior to departure.
Drivers are required to be at the Port at least three hours prior to departure, except if they had previously contacted the Port agent and received a reservation confirmation in the garage.
The truck drivers coming to the Port without the reservation should contact the Port agent in order to be enlisted in the waiting list.
The priority of embarkation will be distributed to truck drivers with respect to their arrival to the port office.
The Company bears no responsibility if the trucks drivers are absent from their vehicles during the embarkation and hence miss the departure.
